To enable merchants to launch digital storefronts and manage end-to-end commerce, we collect specific categories of data: • Merchant Information: Store name, merchant contact name, email address (e.g., tripathiarupkumar@gmail.com), phone/WhatsApp number, store identification key, and password credentials. • Catalog & Inventory Data: Product names, descriptions, images, pricing, discounted amounts, category tags (e.g. Apparel, Electronics, Clothing), and stock quantities. • Customer & Order Information: Customer name, shipping/delivery address, contact phone numbers, ordered items, and order timestamps. • Transaction & Payment References: Order identification numbers (e.g. #ORD-...), payment modes (Cash-on-Delivery or UPI), and 12-digit Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) numbers generated during bank transfers for verification purposes.

We process data exclusively for legitimate operational requirements: • Enabling merchants to manage stores, catalog items, and fulfill customer orders. • Validating and matching bank UTR numbers against pending orders to prevent fraud. • Providing merchant support and updates through official WhatsApp channels (+91 9734614529). • Managing wallet credits, merchant settings, and accounting history. • Ensuring platform stability, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Security is central to Biltrex Corporation’s infrastructure. Access to production databases is strictly governed by least-privilege role-based access controls.

Biltrex Corporation does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or commercial data. Information is only shared with: • Authorized banking and payment networks strictly necessary to settle UPI or digital transactions. • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers that adhere to rigorous enterprise data protection standards. • Law enforcement agencies when strictly mandated by applicable laws or legal court orders.

Merchants and their customers have clear rights regarding their data: • Right to Access: You may view your complete store catalog, customer lists, and order history at any time. • Right to Rectification: You may modify, update, or correct your store profile, pricing, and contact details directly within the settings screen. • Right to Erasure / Deletion: Merchants may request the complete deletion of their account, store catalog, and associated records by contacting our support desk.

Our web platforms and mobile applications utilize essential session tokens and local storage to keep you logged in securely, remember your user preferences, and maintain dashboard performance. We do not deploy invasive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.
